Duolingo Instagram Slides

For this project, I was tasked to make two contrasting versions of Instagram slides for a company of my choice. I decided to go with Duolingo, as I wanted to play around with their mascot in ways that felt fun, but also similar to the company’s official content. I wanted the initial set of instagram slides (top) to be really fun and inviting, and really stay on par with the companies other social media posts. My main obstacle came when it was time to design the opposing instagram slides, as I wanted to use similar imagery but in a way that made the posts feel more confrontational and aggressive. Overall, this was a really fun and interesting project, and it allowed me to really thing outside the box in terms of formulating imagery for a brand.
