Homebuddy App Concept

Client: School Project

For this project, I wanted to make an app for introverts, or people who just would rather stay home. Homebuddy is meant to be an all-encompassing app filled with different things to keep you occupied. I wanted to take a more cool-toned color palette, as I wanted it to feel calming for the user. I struggled with the layout of the icons within each section, as I wanted them to be simple while still feeling like they could stand by themselves if I decided to minimize my use of text. I plan on developing this concept further, as I feel that some of the icons could be tweaked to be more relevant to the content. Overall, I am happy with how this project turned out, but I also know that it needs further improvement to get it where I would like it to be.
